Strategic Business Owner Program for small Business owners runs for eight quarters and focuses on coaching, planning, holding yourself accountable, learning business development topics and masterminding with other business owners every quarter. This is your day to step away from your normal routine and work ON your business and not IN your business. We all get lost in busy-ness and desiring either more control of our business and our lives or a roadmap to the vision we’ve always secretly hidden away but never developed. The common mantra of the small business owner/entrepreneur is “If I can only put in more hours, I’ll achieve my goals”…. Unfortunately, more hours don’t always result in more productivity…. This workshop is based on the Strategic Mindset Process

The Strategic Mindset Process  includes:

• facing reality and using what your discover to grow your business to match your expectations
• building self knowledge as it applies to your business and personal life
• relationship management
• priority management
• strategic business owner focus … Are you the owner or employee?
• effectively and consistently executing on your visions and goals.

You will work with a group of fellow business owners, share ideas and collaborate while developing common solutions. You will leave recharged, with a new perspective and a spend a good portion of the day building your personal “90-day business plan”.
