Sales Mastery

Sales Mastery is a 12 month sales coaching program designed to create the positive behavior changes necessary for long term professional improvement.  Sales Mastery is not a “Sales Training” program but a sales improvement program that addresses the toughest issues most sales professionals face.

The program is designed to provide ongoing education and coaching so that you see immediate improvements in performance and results.

The process begins with a full day session that lays out the basics of prospecting, selling and personal performance improvement.  The sales team will develop a comprehensive plan for the next 90 days, with goals and desired performance and behavior changes identified in the process.

Sessions 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 are two hour accountability and mastermind sessions that establish clear accountability for the accomplishment of their goals and the building of team cooperation by introducing the mastermind concept to the team.  By allowing the team to work together to solve problems and help each other, they develop (and often master) teamwork and problem solving techniques that can serve them for years to come.  It also shows that the sales team can raise the productivity and performance of each member individually and collectively.

Sessions 4, 7, and 10 are half-day sessions where each member reviews his/her strategic planner and develops individual and collective strategies for the next 90 days.  This ongoing planning model teaches the team to set and achieve goals while simultaneously allowing each member to focus on personal & professional development.
