What should I do to prepare for my first session?
Depending on what you share with me in our initial 45 minute Strategic Session, the first paid coaching easy and rarely intimidating to clients. Most clients leave the first session with a sense of relief that they are taking needed action and have a sense of strong sense of clarity about their business and the future.

Can I hire you for just one session?
Yes. Single sessions are valuable if you have limited time and want specific insight about an issue or goal or you are interviewing coaches or your are a returning client that wants to work on a particular issue. I usually recommend multiple sessions to clarify and work on goals and/or overcome complex business issues.

What if I don’t know where to begin?
It’s common for most new clients to feel unsure about where to start. I can usually help you identify the key issue(s) within one session. I accomplish this by asking questions that help you uncover goals, objectives, and obstacles.

I know exactly what I want. Can I take the lead?
Yes. Many clients take the lead in sessions. Taking the lead is exactly what some clients need to share a particular issue with me. This helps us both uncover and solve their issue successfully.

Is there a package price for sessions?
I do provide package pricing for 1:1 and group sessions. The variables include (1) how many sessions are bundled, (2) how many clients sign up at the same time (for group sessions) and (3) which service(s) are desired.

Where do we work?
I usually meet clients at convenient public locations. I have an office space if the client prefers.

How do we work?
Sessions are not pre-scripted. I use the following approaches. I practice the Strategic Mindset coaching methodology and I use intuition/questions to help clients move them towards their goals. Each session ends with actions to be completed before our next meeting. These actions are understood by the client as required to achieve their larger goals.

How long are sessions?
Sessions last 60 minutes.

What is a Growth Coach?
A member of The Growth Coach franchise system . There are 160 participating coaches in the US and Canada. I am a Growth Coach although I incorporate other coaching methodologies in my practice as well. Is it a franchise of some kind? Is there a certification? What credibility does it have?
