Dag Nybo is Biz Coach Austin, a results oriented entrepreneur with a keen understanding of People, Process, and Performance. He has spent the lion share of his 25 career in Key leadership roles with marquee high tech firms in both Silicon Valley and Austin. He began his business in executive coaching with The Growth Coach, the leader in business coaching. Dag is certified in the Strategic Mindset Coaching process which is approved by and follows the guidelines of the ICF (International Coaching Federation)

His 20 years of leading and managing employees to highly creative solutions has given him tremendous insight into motivating entrepreneurial employees to peak performance and satisfaction. Further, operating effectively in the high stress environment of the fast paced technology sector has helped Dag better understand the human element and its need for true work-life balance.

Throughout his career, Dag has been blessed with the opportunity of creating and implementing many highly effective processes.

Dag speaks English, Spanish & Norwegian and lives with his wife Claudia, and their three children: Mikael, Selvia, and Claudia in Austin, Texas.
