A strategic session usually takes 45 – 60 minutes and provides real answers to the following questions:

1. Why did you start your business and what keeps you motivated and focused on success?
2. Do you have a business plan? If so, is it working for you? How can you tell it’s working?
3. Can you envision your business in 1-2 years from now? Will it be different? What would you like to change? What is working?
4. Is our personal life competing with your never ending business world? Who is winning?
5. What is your mission? What are your goals? Have you ever written them down?
6. How will you move forward after you reach your goal.
7. What’s your favorite aspect of your business? What do you regularly avoid?

You will leave with a better understanding of your business.
